- Goal: 99% government services online like Singapore and e-Estonia. Eliminate hundreds of buildings and millions of vehicle trips
- Upgrade nuclear and hydroelectric waterpower plants and expand geothermal: reliable, affordable, and clean energy
- Higher building standards and better inspections to reduce energy loss and use, deficiencies and repairs, and noise that leads to sleep deprivation with better windows and insulation
- Prioritize solutions to make air, water, and soil cleaner, including clean drinking water
- Co-ops: update list of polluters, prioritize inspections, identify “best-in-class" environmental regulations, recycling programs, and tools to measure progress
